How to Create a Lead Generation Campaign in Dripify

The option to create drip campaigns is one of Dripify’s most salient features. Without using this feature, you won’t be making the most of this LinkedIn automation tool.

So, before I start with the Dripify review, I’m going to tell you how to create a drip campaign on Dripify in three simple steps.

Don’t worry. It’s simpler than you think.

But first, do you know what a drip campaign is?

In Dripify’s context, it is a sequence of automated LinkedIn actions that users can either choose from Dripify’s templates or customize based on their needs.

For example:

Here’s a campaign that can be created using one of Dripify’s templates:

Send an invite:

  • If not accepted within 24 hours: view the lead’s profile – follow after an hour – like contact after 3 days.
  • If accepted: endorse skills after an hour – message after another hour – in case of no response even after 2 days, message again.

You can set delays between various actions, depending on your needs and urgency. Dripify also offers users the option to set other smart conditions to customize their campaigns as they wish.

Now, here are the three steps involved in creating a drip campaign on Dripify:

Step 1: Once you log in, click on the “New Campaign” button in the dashboard.

Step 2: Add leads from LinkedIn to your new campaign.

Dripify also allows you to filter profiles in the LinkedIn search, and paste the URL of the results page.

You can narrow your LinkedIn search by filtering for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level connections, locations, industries, schools, and so on.

Step 3: Select a sequence from one of Dripify’s pre-built templates or build one from scratch.

You can check out each template by clicking on the “Preview” button.

Step 4: Summarize and launch your campaign.

For starters, give your campaign a name.

In this final stage, you can choose to use Zapier integration if you want to connect your Dripify campaign with other software like HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc.

Since I only want to create a campaign at this stage, I’ll skip this step for the time being.

2. Advanced Analytics

It’s been a while since you created your campaign. The next important step is to evaluate the effectiveness of your campaign.

Measuring the success of your campaigns is key to deciding the course of your future strategies.

Dripify enables users to see the most important stats and metrics on their dashboard.

At the top of your dashboard, you can view stats for today.

The number on the right side represents your maximum daily limit, which you can alter by clicking “Manage Limits.”

Under this section, you’ll see metrics on the number of invitations you have, unread messages, and profile views since last week.

On the right, you can see the most recent actions performed on your LinkedIn account by Dripify.

Here, you can quickly gauge how well your campaigns are performing.

You can see:

  1. Acceptance Rate: The percentage of invitations that have been accepted during the concerned campaign.
  2. Response Rate: The percentage of leads that replied to your messages.
  3. Messages till reply: The average number of messages you need to send in order to receive a response.

At the bottom of your dashboard, Dripify will let you view the LinkedIn performance of your team members.

Here, you can view how many invitations were sent by your team members, how many were accepted, skills endorsed, and much more.

3. Team Management

Next, let’s review Dripify’s Team Management feature.

First, I click on the “Team” tab on the left-hand side panel.

Note that the Team Management feature is only offered in Dripify’s Advanced pricing plan. Also, your role needs to be Manager level or above to access this feature.

If you fulfill these criteria, adding team members on Dripify is easy. All you need to invite your team members is their email ID.

Once they accept your invite, you can track their LinkedIn performance quickly and easily. You can see their active campaigns, the number of unread messages, the average acceptance rate, response rate, and the rate that shows how many messages they need to send to receive a response.

What’s more, with Dripify, you can get a detailed analysis of each team members’ LinkedIn performance. What makes this feature all the more amazing is that it allows all data to be exported as CSV files which can be used in Google Sheets.

4. Personal Inbox

Finally, let me show you how to use Dripify’s Smart Inbox feature.

Once you launch a Dripify campaign, you’ll naturally start having conversations with leads. It is important to respond in time to ensure that no lead generation turns cold.

While this isn’t easy to do, Dripify makes things simple.

All your active conversations show up in the “Inbox” tab.

You can sort your conversations for Unread, Important, and Archived.

This will help ensure that you don’t miss out on responding to any of your lead generation prospects.

Once you click on any of the conversations, you’ll see a small pop-up on the right side of your screen.

There, you can find the person’s profile info—their name, the number of connections they have, headline, location, and any active campaigns.
